During the course of his 30 years of litigation experience, Mr. Jacobs has represented individuals and companies as plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and residential contract, fraud, nonperformance, specific performance, business tort, misrepresentation, nonpayment, foreclosure, partition, construction defect, mechanic’s lien, change order, quiet title, leasing, landlord/tenant, franchise, broker negligence and partnership dispute claims, employment and personal injury cases.

Mr. Jacobs graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University where he also received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987.  He received top-tier mediation training at the Chicago campus of Northwestern University, as well as from the California Third District Appellate court, the California Association of Realtors and California Lawyers for the Arts.  He is a designated Superlawyer and holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
